Ikeja was busy last night as ‘One Voice Peace Concert’ came to life at Classique Events Center on Oregun Road, Ikeja. The concert was held to sensitize Nigerians on the need for post-election involvement in the day to day activities of the Nation and its government. It was indeed an educative and entertaining session.
The event, which was hosted by Koffi saw perfomances by 2Face Idibia, Ice Prince, Sound Sultan, Phyno, Naeto C, Niyola, Reminisce, Timi Dakolo, Mr Songz and DJ Neptune on the turntable. Others were Efa, Olu Maintain, Ill Bliss and Vector. Admission into the concert was free for guests with their permanent voters cards, while individuals without a PVC paid N500.
The concert was put together by EiE Nigeria in collaboration with the 2Face Foundation and was produced by Buckwyld Media Network and Hip TV.
Some of the faces at the event include Azadus, Kenny Ogungbe, Shullz (Classic fm), Yomi Fash,Bukky (Classic fm) , Alex, Sexy Steel, Geoffrey of MTN project frame and many others. The event was supported by Star Radler and Samsung, who gave away phones to the guests via a raffle draw.
